Your dentist will take all of the clinical records necessary to create your new AvaDent at your first record taking appointment. |

Once the clinical records are received at the AvaDent Digital Facility, the high-tech process begins by scanning the records to create digital files. |

The files are then merged. |

A virtual digital denture is produced and our expert technicians design your AvaDent to your dentist’s specifications. |

Once designed, the digital file is sent to the computer milling station where your AvaDent is milled from our unique highly compressed, bio-hygienic base material. |
